    Tennessee Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired is a State agency that is part of the Department of Human Services, Division of Rehabilitation Services. It provides a wide range of services to persons of all ages who are blind or severely visually impaired. multiservice centers established to provide a variety of community-based service for the mentally ill, including inpatient and outpatient care, emergency services, assistance to the courts, and services for the mental health of children and elderly.
